README: correct the Proxmox node, verified against live cluster

The node in the header table had not been updated after migration. Verified
2026-08-16 against live Proxmox and NetBox, which agree.

Found by a README-vs-docs consistency sweep: for four of these the docs page
was wrong in the same way, so both copies had drifted together rather than one
correcting the other.
